Medically Modern is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, and we sell new equipment only. We rent and sell knee scooters, delivered to your home anywhere in New York State. Rental units are cleaned before each new patient.

Use a knee scooter only if your clinician confirms it fits your injury, balance, and ability to kneel on the supporting knee. Follow your weight-bearing restrictions.

Ask us about your benefits first - we are the insurance experts. We're in-network with Anthem, Fidelis, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Medicaid. We accept Medicare. Original Medicare generally doesn't cover knee scooters. Other plans vary; we'll check your benefits and give you rental or purchase pricing before you decide. Every plan has its own paperwork; we check it with you before you rent or buy.

We follow the same four steps on every order: get the order, verify benefits, complete documentation, and arrange delivery. Benefit information is an estimate, not a guarantee of payment.

We deliver in-stock items anywhere in New York State, typically in 2-5 business days after your order is ready to ship. We'll confirm timing for other items. Our store is in Mount Kisco if you would rather talk in person.
