Your information is used to verify insurance eligibility, obtain required documentation from your prescriber, submit claims and prior authorizations, deliver equipment, and manage recurring resupply. We also use it to contact you about your order.
Protected health information
As a durable medical equipment supplier we handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA. We disclose PHI only as needed for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, or where required by law.
Information sharing
We share information with your insurance plan, your prescribing clinicians, and the vendors that manufacture or ship your equipment. We do not sell your personal or health information.
