    We collect the documentation with your office

    We identify the payer's documentation requirements, request the existing records, and ask the treating clinician to address any missing clinical elements based on their independent evaluation.

    We deliver and set up

What we cover for your patients

Sleep and respiratory care, mobility, home medical equipment and safety, incontinence, urological and ostomy care, compression and wound care, orthotics and bracing, maternal and infant supplies, and diabetic supplies. For PAP therapy we share adherence data early enough to act on it while coverage is still in place. Eligible supplies can be shipped statewide; items requiring measurement, customization, fitting, or adjustment are handled through an in-person delivery or fitting process.
