Hospital Bed Rental, Delivered Anywhere in New York

Medically Modern is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, and we sell new equipment only. We rent and sell hospital beds for home use, delivered and set up in your home. Rental units are cleaned before each new patient.

Tell us what your doctor prescribed and we will match the bed to it. Text the store and we will walk you through how rental works before you decide.

Bed rails can cause entrapment and falls and aren't right for everyone. Use only a compatible bed, mattress, and rail system. Keep the bed low with wheels locked. Ask your care team whether a pressure-relieving mattress is needed.

Ask us about your benefits first - we are the insurance experts. We're in-network with Anthem, Fidelis, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Medicaid. We accept Medicare. Many plans treat a hospital bed as durable medical equipment when it is medically necessary and prescribed, and every plan has its own paperwork; we check it with you. Coverage requires documented positioning needs that meet your plan's criteria. Semi-electric beds have additional criteria; full-electric height adjustment is generally not covered by Original Medicare. For some covered hospital beds, Original Medicare pays on a capped-rental basis for up to 13 months; ask us to check the exact bed and your costs.

We follow the same four steps on every order: get the order, verify benefits, complete documentation, and arrange delivery. Benefit information is an estimate, not a guarantee of payment.

We deliver in-stock items anywhere in New York State, typically in 2-5 business days after your order is ready to ship. We'll confirm timing for other items. Our store is in Mount Kisco if you would rather talk in person.
