What we carry

We carry new underpads - disposable bed pads, also called chux - in a full range of sizes and absorbencies for bed and furniture protection. Every order is new, unopened supplies; we never sell used or repackaged items.

Tell us the size and absorbency you need and we will confirm what we can supply before you order.

New or worsening leakage should be discussed with your clinician. These products manage leakage; they don't identify its cause.

How coverage works

Ask us about your benefits first - we are the insurance experts. Underpads are covered through New York Medicaid when they are medically necessary and prescribed. Coverage and approved quantity depend on your Medicaid program, the exact product and your medical paperwork. We review your benefits and expected cost with you before your first order is placed. We handle the paperwork with you. Have Fidelis, Anthem HealthPlus, Aetna Better Health or UHC Community through NY Medicaid? Ask us to check coverage for your exact product before you order. New York Medicaid fee-for-service rules were revised July 1, 2026; for Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans the revised rules apply from October 1, 2026. For new fee-for-service requests starting July 1, 2026, quantity rules are generally up to 250 diapers and/or liners and up to 150 disposable underpads per 30 days, or up to 2 reusable underpads for beds and 2 for chairs, set by the practitioner's order; higher quantities need prior approval and supporting documentation. Coverage applies to eligible products; not every retail underpad qualifies.

Here is how it works: our intake team calls you, gathers the medical paperwork your order needs, and checks your insurance benefits. Then our welcome call explains the process and sets up your first order. Benefit information is an estimate, not a guarantee of payment.
