The short answer
Some medically necessary items may be HSA and FSA eligible; it depends on the expense's medical purpose and your plan rules. Ask your administrator what documentation it requires. The IRS publishes the list of eligible medical expenses in Publication 502 at irs.gov/publications/p502. Ask us and we will tell you what we can supply.
What commonly qualifies
Compression socks and stockings, CPAP masks and supplies, CPAP cleaning supplies and accessories, and incontinence supplies are among the most common HSA and FSA purchases our customers make. When an item needs a prescription to qualify, we will tell you up front.
How to use your HSA or FSA with us
Order the same way as always - ask us first and we confirm the exact price with you up front. Pay with your HSA or FSA card, or pay another way and submit your itemized receipt for reimbursement. We give you a clear itemized receipt with every order. Keep itemized receipts, and don't seek reimbursement twice for the same expense. HSA owners are responsible for substantiating qualified expenses (IRS Publication 969).
How ordering works
Every order moves through the same four steps: get the order, verify benefits, complete documentation, and arrange delivery. We deliver in-stock items anywhere in New York State, typically in 2-5 business days after your order is ready to ship. We'll confirm timing for other items. Our store is in Mount Kisco if you would rather talk in person.
